Thirteen years of research, personal experience and reflection came together to create the book that became the foundation of The Experience Series. It explores energy, vibration, emotional intelligence, consciousness, the power of words, telepathy, our relationship with nature, and introduces The Ladder of Transcendence, a practical framework for recognising where you are on your own journey and understanding the steps that can help you move forward. If you're beginning your journey through the series, this is the place to start.

Combining traditional herbal wisdom with practical, step-by-step guidance, this book teaches you how to identify medicinal plants, harvest them respectfully, and transform them into your own tinctures, infused oils, salves, teas and other natural remedies. More than a recipe book, Plant Wisdom is about rebuilding your relationship with the natural world and remembering that some of our greatest medicines have been growing around us all along.

Home Wisdom explores how light, sound, air quality, water, mould, toxins, natural materials, seasonal rhythms and the energy of a space all contribute to health and wellbeing. Experience Authenticity is an exploration of who you are beneath expectation, conditioning and the many roles we learn to play.

The book looks at emotions, beliefs, relationships, self-awareness and the ways we can lose touch with what we genuinely feel, need and value. It invites you to notice your patterns, understand yourself more deeply and begin making choices that feel more aligned with the person you really are.

Alongside the book is the My Heart Matters card deck.

The cards take the ideas from Experience Authenticity and turn them into something you can work with in a more immediate way. Each card offers a prompt, thought or question designed to encourage emotional awareness, reflection and a deeper connection with yourself.

You can choose a card when something is on your mind, when you are trying to understand how you feel, or simply as a regular check-in with yourself.

The deck can be used alongside the book, helping you explore its themes in a different way, but you do not need one in order to use the other.

You can read Experience Authenticity as a complete journey in its own right, use the My Heart Matters cards independently, or bring the two together and allow the cards to open up areas you may want to explore more deeply in the book.

Each card offers one simple experience to try. You might be invited to watch the sunrise or sunset, take a route you have never taken before, dance, sit beneath a tree, quietly do something kind for someone, spend ten minutes simply listening outdoors, or finally do that little thing you have been avoiding.

You can simply shuffle the deck, choose a card and let that become your invitation for the week.

Some cards may take you outside. Some encourage connection, kindness or creativity. Others gently nudge you beyond your normal routine or remind you to make space for something that simply feels good.

Animals have a way of entering our lives at just the right moment.

Sometimes an animal appears once and leaves a lasting impression. Sometimes the same animal seems to cross our path again and again, until we begin to wonder whether there is something in the encounter worth noticing.

Animal Wisdom explores the symbolism, qualities and messages associated with 100 different animals, each accompanied by a beautiful image and a deeper invitation to reflect on what that animal might bring to your attention.

Rather than giving you a fixed meaning, the book encourages you to notice your own response. What were you thinking about when the animal appeared? What is happening in your life? What qualities does that animal carry? Is there something in its behaviour, nature or way of moving through the world that speaks to you?

The book can be used alongside the Animal Wisdom card deck, allowing you to actively ask for a little animal wisdom when you need it.

You might draw a card when you have a question, when something feels uncertain, or simply when you are curious about what you may need to notice that day. The animal you choose becomes a starting point for reflection, helping you look at a situation from a slightly different perspective.

You can also use the book when an animal appears naturally in your life. A bird at the window, an unexpected encounter on a walk, an animal that repeatedly catches your attention, or even one that appears in a dream may lead you to open the book and explore its message.

There is no single right way to work with Animal Wisdom.
